  2. If you made an effort to configure the product with the help of our support team and still feel the product does not fit your requirements (though very rare), do leave us feedback. This will help us improve.

You can trust us with your purchases for such unprecedented occasions. We offer a 15-day risk-free refund policy that ensures repayment of the amount committed during the purchase. It can be availed only for the initial payment made for an individual product. Refund policies shall be invalid for any subsequent, annual payment on the renewal of the product license. In the meantime, we would love to know any feedback from you to enhance our products for future stores.

To place a refund request for an order placed with Daylight Management, You would need to contact Daylight Management via email at Support@daylightmanagement.in or by accessing Daylight Management Support page.

Please have your order number available and provide a reason for your request in order to speed up your refund process. Your request will be reviewed within 2 days and we will notify you via email or support platform.

Daylight Management process every refund request quickly as possible to avoid unusual delays. Usually, your financial institution can take 5-20 days to reflect your refund into your bank account/card.
